Why do you love even though you know it’ll hurt? Why do you cry for him even though you know he’s not worthy? Why do you smoke even though you know it’ll kill you? Why do you take drugs even though you know that it’s bad for you? Why do you lie even though you know it’s wrong? Why do you sleep late even though you know it’s not healthy? Why do you go out with your friends even though you know that they’re such a bad influence to you? Why did you take that course even though you know it’s boring? Why do you like her even though you know she doesn’t meet your standards? Why do you have sex with him even though you know it’s risky? Why do you cheat even though you know it’s not right? Why do you still run after her even though you know that (as a matter of fact) she hates you?

Things you do even though you know you should’ve been doing. Things that others consider wrong, inappropriate, awful, disgusting, dangerous, and regretful but these things satisfy your will. I don’t know why the word “stubborn” and “obstinate” exist. Maybe, the inflexibility of the people gives more color to an odd world that we live in. Maybe, if conflict, war, misunderstanding and other invisibility of peace and obedience do not exist…. our place will be tedious as you ever imagine don’t you think?
